Lakeside Inn Hotel Policies

  • Please note all hotel rates, wherever seen, are based on availability and are subject to change in accordance with standard hotel practices.

  • Displayed rates are a base rate not including any applicable service fees, upgrade charges, additional persons or any applicable taxes.

  • Rates are based on a per-room, per-night, single or double occupancy basis. Each additional person requires an additional fee of $20.

  • Children under 18 stay free when sharing a room with a parent.

  • For your security, at check in, we will require a valid photo ID.

  • We do our best to accommodate special requests for a specific room or floor; however, do not guarantee any specific room requests.

  • The registered guest checking into Lakeside Inn and Casino must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Check in time is 4:00 p.m. We do our best to check you in should you arrive before 4:00 p.m. based on availability.

  • Check out time is 11:00 AM. If you would like to stay longer, please contact the front desk to arrange for a late check-out or to extend your stay for another night. We honor late check-out based on availability.

  • We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club Cards as well as cash for payment of your room. Lakeside Inn does not accept personal checks for payment.

  • You may cash Travelers Checks with our cheerful staff at Guest Services on the Casino floor.

  • For guests wishing to pay cash, we will require full payment of room and tax as well as an additional $50 deposit for incidental charges per room per night at time of check in.

  • Refunds for an early check out are subject to approval. Simply contact the Hotel Supervisor or Manager if circumstances require you to depart early.

  • The registered guest of the room is responsible for all costs associated in the unlikely event damage occurs to the room, or there are items missing from the room upon departure.

  • If you are traveling with a pet, please read and accept our Pet Policy. Reservations for your pet will require prior approval by the Hotel Supervisor.

Cancellation of Reservations

We request that if it is necessary to cancel your reservation you provide us notice 48 hours prior to your arrival date. For reservations occurring over holiday and special event periods, we require 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If adequate notice of cancellation for a guaranteed reservation is not provided, you will be charged for the first night’s room and tax, as we will not have had an opportunity to sell that room to another guest.
