Redemption of our gaming chips and tokens will take place between June 15, 2020 until October 13, 2020 at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe.

We have one last drawing available to existing Lakeside Card members.  The drawing will take place on July 15, 2020.

What will become of my hotel reservation and deposit?

Reservations are being cancelled and deposit refunds will be done in the coming days.

How do I redeem a winning sports or race ticket?

If you have a sports or race ticket to redeem, you can mail the ticket to William Hill by following the instructions on the back of the ticket.  You may also cotact them directly by text or email:

How do I redeem my chips and slot tickets?

If you have chips to redeem, we will be able to redeem those at some point after Governor Sisolak lifts the closure mandate. 

Slot tickets can be redeemed by mail at this address.  Be sure to include your name and USPS address.

Can I buy t-shirts and other memorabilia?

At this point in time, we have no plans to sell memorabilia.  If and when we do, we'll update this page.

We are humbled and overwhelmed with the love and support we've received from our guests in response to our permanent closure news.  We are posting them over on this page.

After 35 years of being a source of entertainment for thousands of guests, we are permanently closing our doors.  This includes all areas of our business including our casino, restaurant, and hotel.
 
This decision was not made lightly.  We hoped that we would be able to resume operations once this COVID-19 situation improved.   However, that’s just not in the cards for us.
 
We were able to stay open for 35 years because of our tremendous staff, loyal guests, and a supportive community.  The relationships we have created with our guests are just incredible!
 
Although this is unexpected news, we’d love to hear any Lakeside memories you’d like to share by sending an email to newsletter@lakesideinn.com.  We’ll post them on our website for all to read.
 
In the coming days, please check back to this page for information on how to cash in slot tickets and/or table games chips that you may have.  We will continue to update this page with any related information we can share with you.

As strange as it is for our local agencies to ask visitors to stay away from Lake Tahoe, we support that directive.  We're all in this together.

Governor Sisolak declared that all casinos and non-essential businesses are to close for 30 days.  Too bad that's not an April Fool's joke. With that said, we'll now try to open mid-April.

 

March 17, 2020

In the best interest and safety of our guests, staff, and community during the current coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic, we are closing for two weeks effective immediately.

Guests who wish to cash in slot tickets, redeem chips, or spend comp dollars at the kiosk may do so until 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 19. 

We will continue to closely monitor this situation and resume operations as soon as we feel it’s safe.

We can’t wait to see everyone again very soon!
