 The Timber House Restaurant provides magnificent views of the Sierras and Mt. Tallac. Open beam wooden ceilings and classic Tahoe photographs are part of the warmth in this Tahoe local's gathering place.
Our extensive menus offer more than you ever imagine for the price. You will enjoy traditional American fare. Dinner options include
Lakeside's famous complete prime rib dinner starting at $10.50, wonderful seafood entrees and many creative dishes. Chef Alvaro creates unique daily lunch specials including hearty homemade soups. Breakfast is served all day, everyday.
The breakfast special is served from 11 p.m. to 11 a.m. for just $3.99, lunch prices start at $6.99 and dinners range from $9 to $35.
The Timber House is on the main casino floor. Open 24 hours a day (excluding Monday nights from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am) and closed mid-afternoon from 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Lunch specials are available between 11:30 am - 2:30 pm (while supplies last).

Latin Soul is authentic, contemporary, distinctive and tasteful. We comfortably prepare a table for your gathering of friends or make your intimate dinner for two a special occasion.
 Chef Alvaro Ochoa artistically combines fresh ingredients from Mexico, Central and South America and The Caribbean into a fusion of rare flavors. The menu transports you on a regional journey with such items as French toast torrijas (served with strawberry butter), Mexican sautèed shrimp, and Central American yucca root side dishes. A choice nine-ounce rib eye steak dinner is a featured nightly special. We add complimentary flavors serving each meal with soup or salad, raja au gratin potatoes and vegetables. Locals first rave about the quality of this dish and then mention the unbelievable value at just $11.95.
Specialty libations include our Latin Soul Margarita, the refreshing mojito, pitchers of sangria with fresh fruit, or the rompope martini made with vanilla liqueur. Our wine selection includes fascinating selections from south of the border. International, domestic and micro beers along with traditional cocktails are available to elevate your dining experience.

 The first-ever Lake Tahoe Restaurant Week (September 5 - 12, 2010) is a celebration of the scrumptious cuisine and culinary talent that has made the Lake Tahoe region the best mountain dining destination in the country. Delight your palate with 3-course prix-fixe menus that incorporate organic, seasonal and local ingredients - all served up at Lake Tahoe's charming and historic eateries and bistros.

 Our three bars are a hub of social activity at Lake Tahoe. Each offers a unique style to a variety of age groups day and night. What is common to all three are reasonably priced beverages. Our well and call drinks cover a wide variety of the most popular beverages priced at only $3. This price does not change seasonally or during different times of the day. For this reason it is said, "every hour is happy hour at Lakeside".
Tavern Bar
Located on the lower casino floor, the Tavern Bar provides the best sports viewing at the South Lake, bar none. Just about every satellite "sports
package" is available, displayed on two 60-inch main screens clustered near 24 plasmas. Chances are we are able to find your favorite team no matter how obscure it may be. Just for fun our
Race and Sports Books are located in The Tavern to enhance your viewing pleasure. The Race Book has an additional 9 plasmas dedicated to the track events.
When the sports action cools down, music comes alive with Karaoke and bands. Listen to the sweet musical styles of some of our local bands like Big Bad

Tucked in next to the Timber House Restaurant, the Timber House Bar features a quiet, non-gaming adult environment. Specialty cocktails and a good selection of wines-by-the-glass make this bar a unique experience. Casual dining from the restaurant menu is available and 5 plasmas make this a popular spot for those dining solo and small groups of sports enthusiasts.
