First time visitors will want to make Guest Services at the Main Cage their first stop. Sign up for a Lakeside Card to receive all the rewards and benefits available to our guests whether you participate in gaming or not.

It’s easy to sign up for your Lakeside Card. Guests twenty-one years old or older are eligible to participate. With a valid photo ID and a few moments time, we’ll have you on your way.

Guest Services is the place to obtain a player’s card, redeem offers, obtain vouchers for redemption at stores in South Tahoe, purchase catalog items or obtain your win/loss statement.
