All guests staying at the Lakeside Inn and Casino must read, understand, and agree to our Hotel Policies as outlined below. Lakeside is not responsible for misunderstandings which may arise surrounding the policy. If you have questions about the policy please ask your guest representative when making your reservations.

Lakeside Inn and Casino's Hotel Policy

General Policies:

  • Please note all rates, wherever seen, are based on availability and are subject to change without notice.
  • The rates displayed DO NOT include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals or any applicable taxes.
  • Rates are based on a per room, single or double occupancy basis. Each additional person is $10, with a maximum of 4 people per room.
  • Children under 18 stay free when sharing a room with a parent.
  • Any special requests, including, but not limited to, specific rooms or floors, connecting rooms, roll-a-ways, will be honored on an availability basis, but cannot be guaranteed.
  • A deposit equal to one night room rate plus tax is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old. Check In time is 3:30 pm.
  • Check Out time is 12:00 noon.
  • Early Check In and late Check Out are subject to approval by the Front Desk.
  • Please be sure you have approval to extend your Check Out time in order to avoid extra charges.
  • Credit Card Payment : You must present credit card and valid ID at Check In time.
  • For information on Third Party Credit Card Payment please contact our Reservations Department.
  • Cash Payment : Full payment of room, tax and $20 incidental deposit per night is required at check in time.
  • Check Payment : Sorry, we do not accept checks. You may cash Travelers Checks at our Main Cashier.
  • Refunds for early check out are subject to approval.
  • Absolutely no refunds for early check out when you purchased a package.
  • Guest is responsible for any damages or missing items in room.

 

Cancellation Policies:

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date ( 72 hours for Holiday and Special Event periods) in order to avoid charges. Any guaranteed reservation that is not cancelled according to our policy or does not show up on the initial arrival date will be charged for one night stay. Please make sure you have your cancellation number for further references.

Pet Policies:

We regret that pets are not permitted in guest rooms or on hotel grounds. If we become aware of any pets in your room, a $150 cleaning charge will apply and you will be required to check out immediately.
