We encourage our guests to make comments during their stay with us or online. Ultimately all comments are read by the CEO and President, the managers, and staff members. Comment dates reflect the month the cards were recieved, and not necessarily the dates of the visit. Here are some comments we received recently...

April 2006-"The hospitality here at lakeside was beyond excellent. The bartenders Mark and Ron went way beyond good service, and had quality drinks. I am very pleased with everything that lakeside has to offer!"

"Just got back from the lake today and we had stayed in a 'famous name' (practically across the street) from your place and were totally unimpressed with the service and unprofessional attitude of most of the staff there. I've played the slots at Lakeside before and just for fun went there with my wife. Before we had spent any money at all we had already been greeted by at least 4-5 employees with a friendly smile and a sincere attention to our needs AND WE WEREN'T EVEN STAYING THERE! You can bet we will be back and we won't stay anywhere else! Your staff training and selection program should get big kudo's from everyone who comes in. No surprise to us that you did the 'clean sweep' of the Best of Tahoe with 14 awards this year. Thanks for making our trip more fun. Next time we'll stay where people are friendly. Thanks again." "Thanks so much for our great vacation. We had a great time. I can't find a bad thing to say about anyone or anything. The thunder storms, the fireworks, the food, and all the friendly dealers, workers, maids, everyone was wonderful. I doubt we will ever go back to Vegas or Reno. Even though our friends are in Incline I doubt seriously if we will stay at the Biltmore again. The half hour ride to see them is so well worth it because the Lakeside Inn is the best. We are small town people and don't like the big city casino's, we felt totally at home staying with you. Thanks again and hopefully we can find some more time off to come out again before winter hits. I only wish our employees treated our customers as well as yours do. Thanks." Howard and Pat
